We believe in transparency, and therefore, have created this Refund and Return Policy to ensure that our customers are fully informed about their options in case they are not satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website.

  1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across India, irrespective of the order value.

  2. Cash on Delivery Charges: There is a Cash on Delivery charge of Rs. 50 for all orders, regardless of the order value. No charges apply for prepaid orders.

  3. Shipping and Delivery: We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and delivery usually takes 4-5 business days.

  4. Return Period: We offer a 10-day return period for NOT-USED books only. Customers must inform us of their intention to return the product within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  5. Refund and Replacement: We do not offer a refund and replacement on Digital Products, Solved Assignments, Guess Papers, University Notes (PDF), CDs, and study material delivered by email. However, we can consider any request as per senecio and offer a refund accordingly for genuine cases.

  6. Study Material for Helping Purpose Only: Solved Assignments, Guess Papers, and University Notes (PDF) are meant for helping purposes only for students. We do not accept student copies of said study material.

  7. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order depending on valid reasons, such as unavailability, loss, or quality issues.

  8. Compensation: No compensation will be provided for order cancellations.

  9. Order Cancellation by Customers: Customers cannot cancel orders after they have been dispatched. In such cases, we may not refund the order value and other charges.
