Refund Policy

All study material on HELPBOOKS.IN (solved assignments, previous year solved papers, guess papers, TOP 20 Q&A and combos) is delivered as a PDF on WhatsApp or email. Please check the free sample or first free subject before ordering.

When you get a refund

• The material does not match the IGNOU question paper or assignment questions for the course code you ordered.

When a refund is not given

• You ordered the wrong course code or medium by mistake.
• You change your mind after the PDF has been delivered.
• Exchange of one course for another is not available.

PDF not received?
Check your WhatsApp and email (including spam). If it has not arrived, message us with your order number and we will send it again.

How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at 8800002552 or email contact@helpbooks.in within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo or copy of the question paper that does not match. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
