Refund and Return Policy

Before ordering, please check the free material (Free Demo for Bachelor's subjects, or the free first subject for Master's, MBA, M.Sc and PG Diploma programmes) and select the correct course code and medium.

• Refund is given only when the solved material does not match your IGNOU question paper or assignment questions for the course you ordered.
• No refund or exchange in any other case, including a wrong course code or medium selected by mistake, or a change of mind after the PDF is delivered.

How to request a refund

• Message us on WhatsApp at 8800002552 or email contact@helpbooks.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or copy of your question paper.
• Once verified, the refund is made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If you do not receive your PDF, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will resend it.
