MNMP-021 project? HelpBooks will guide you from topic to marks
Our project mentors have worked with advertising and communication learners on PGDAIC projects. You get one team that stays with you through every stage:
- Campaign theme or internship options based on your job, interests and city
- Project plan drafted with you, checked against the programme guide before you start
- Full project file support, original and plagiarism-checked
- Help with the viva and revisions until your result is declared
MNMP-021 is the project work of the IGNOU Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Integrated Communication, PGDAIC. It is a 6-credit capstone in the second semester, where you apply what you learned in the theory courses. Unlike many IGNOU projects, it does not run on a synopsis approval. You choose one of two options, build your project file, submit it, and then face a viva.
The MNMP-021 journey at a glance
The two options are Option 1, Campaign Planning and Production, and Option 2, Internship. The green tag shows where HelpBooks supports you.

Do you need a guide for MNMP-021?
The programme guide does not name a project guide or give eligibility conditions, and it does not ask for a separate proposal. For the internship option, you arrange the placement yourself. Check with your Regional Centre or programme coordinator whether any guide or approval step applies to your batch, and share what you are told with us so the plan fits it.
Choosing an MNMP-021 topic
“A campaign for a better India”
“Integrated campaign to promote safe water storage among urban slum households in Lucknow”
A good theme is specific, has a clear audience, and can be researched and produced with the time and tools you have. Some areas that work well:
- Brand campaign: launch or repositioning campaign for a local or regional brand
- Social issue campaign: health, road safety, water, waste or girl child education in your city
- CSR and events: a simulated CSR plan or corporate event linked to a company you know
- Digital-first campaign: a plan built around social media, a blog and short video
- Internship in an agency or brand team: advertising, PR, events or digital marketing work in a firm near you
If you already work in advertising, media or marketing, a theme from your own workplace makes research and production easier.
What goes into the project file
For Option 1, the programme guide lists these steps and pieces of work:
- Theme with rationale, research and insights
- Audience segmentation and communication objectives
- Integrated strategy, a simulated CSR plan, a corporate event plan and a media plan
- Creative materials such as print, outdoor, radio, video, web and mobile ads, a press release and press kit, a house journal and an EDM
- A blog with at least 2 posts, a Facebook page with at least 10 posts, an Instagram story with at least 10 items and a Twitter account with at least 10 tweets
For Option 2, you submit the organisation’s certificate stating your duration and role, plus an internship report on the work done in the persuasion industry. No word or page limit is given in the programme guide.
Online submission is a single PDF. Audio and video files go on Google Drive, and the link must be viewable by anyone who has it, or the project will not be evaluated. For offline submission, put the report, evidence and photographs in a folder with your details on the front page, and attach audio or video on a pen drive or share a Drive link. Keep a copy.
HelpBooks mentors help you turn your chosen campaign or internship into a complete MNMP-021 project file, with research, strategy and creative pieces in order, and a final check of the file and submission format. WhatsApp us on 8800002552
Why MNMP-021 projects come back or lose marks
- Campaign pieces missing, such as the media plan or the minimum number of social media posts
- Internship shorter than 4 weeks, or no organisation certificate
- Audio or video Drive link not set to be viewable by anyone with the link
- Offline folder without your details on the front page, or posted to the wrong address
- Missing the 30 May or 30 November dates
- Not filling the exam form for the project’s term-end examination
- Copied text, images or creative work
- Scoring below 40% in the project file or the viva
If you fall short: the programme guide requires at least 40% in each component, so a weak viva or file means another attempt. Our mentors can rework a file against the guide and help you prepare for the viva.
How HelpBooks mentors PGDAIC learners
Most learners who reach us have one of three problems: they cannot decide between the campaign and the internship, they do not know how to order the many pieces of work, or they are worried about the viva. Our mentors stay with you from the first theme list to the day your marks appear:
- 5–6 workable campaign themes or internship options based on your job, interests and city
- A project plan drafted with you against the list of required pieces in the programme guide
- Support in building the full file, with original writing, your own research and a plagiarism check
- A final check of certificates, front page, PDF or folder, and the Drive link before you submit
- Viva preparation, so you can explain every part of your own file
- Support until your result is declared, including any changes asked for

Common questions
Is MNMP-021 compulsory?
It is the project work of the PGDAIC programme and carries 6 credits in the second semester.
Can I do an internship instead of a campaign?
Yes. Option 2 is an internship of at least 4 weeks at an organisation of your choice. It need not be a media house or agency, but the work must relate to the persuasion industry.
Is there a viva?
Yes. The viva carries 30 marks and you are told the date after you submit. It may be held online or offline.
How is it marked?
70 marks for the project file and 30 for the viva. You need at least 40% in each.
Can HelpBooks help if I have already started?
Yes. Many learners come to us with part of the file done. Share what you have, and we pick up from that stage.
